Series 2012 and 2017 - Top Loading Recirculating Furnaces
Ideal for tempering, drawing, heat treating aluminum and glass annealing.
Top-loading convection furnaces equipped with a fan assembly in the base for recirculation and uniform heat. A stainless liner and support grid form the work area. Available in 1250°F and 1750°F rated models with five standard chamber sizes. All furnaces pre-wired, test-fired and shipped ready for connection to main power supply.
Standard Features
- Constructed of heavy gauge sheet steel, structural angle iron reinforcement and roof plate.
- Minimum of 6 1/2 “ multi-layer insulation.
- Easy-to-replace heating elements of low watt density design mounted on all side walls providing uniform heat.
- Heavy duty stainless steel fan mounted in the base of the furnace with water cooled bearings.
- Roll-away lid to keep hot face away from operator.
- Stainless steel support grid and liner which forms the work area.
- Type K thermocouple assembly
- Digital time proportioning temperature controller with thermocouple break protection.
- Magnetic contactor
Options
Programmable controls, exces temperature controller, recorder, timers, freestanding control panel. Custom sizes and temperature ranges available.
